7.2 General Bonus Rules

kawi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• Requested a self-exclusion under Section 10.
• Not met the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (such as a voluntary self-exclusion or routine account closure), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before account closure is confirmed.
